I bought a cake turntable and right away I got worried since I didn’t get a confirmation email for my order. For the next few days, I was checking my inbox and spam folders. I even took a screenshot of the transaction. When I tried to use the order number, it just wouldn’t go through. Logging into my account was a no-go too. I reached out to the company about my worries, but they didn’t reply. The turntable did arrive within five days and it was priced well, but sadly, my overall experience hasn’t made me feel confident about shopping with them again.
